1.5 Fees & Payments

• Certain listings or premium features may require payment.

• Payments are subject to our Refund & Returns Policy.

1.6 Transactions & Disputes

• Foreveryuppy is not a party to transactions.

• Disputes must be resolved between buyers and sellers.

1.7 Intellectual Property

• Foreveryuppy retains all rights to platform design, branding, and technology.

• Posting content grants us a non-exclusive license to display it.

1.8 Reporting & Enforcement

• Users may report violations via the Platform or contact us.

1.9 Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

• Platform provided “as-is”; Foreveryuppy is not liable for user transactions.

• Users agree to indemnify Foreveryuppy for claims arising from their actions.

2. Prohibited Items & Services Policy

2.2 Weapons & Dangerous Items

• Firearms, explosives, knives, hazardous chemicals

2.3 Drugs & Controlled Substances

• Illegal drugs, prescription drugs without authorization, drug paraphernalia

2.4 Adult & Restricted Services

• Sexual services, pornography, exploitation

2.5 Jobs & Employment

• Discriminatory listings, pyramid schemes, deceptive offers

2.6 Housing & Rentals

• Discriminatory or misleading housing listings

2.7 Financial & Fraudulent Services

• Fake IDs, scams, investment fraud

2.8 Animals & Wildlife

• Endangered species, illegal animal trade

2.9 Miscellaneous Prohibited Items

• Alcohol, tobacco, gambling where restricted, unapproved medical devices

2.10 Reporting & Enforcement

3. Community Guidelines / Code of Conduct

• Ensure listings are truthful, complete, and updated.

3.3 Appropriate Communication

• Avoid spam, scams, or off-topic promotions.

• Report suspicious activity promptly.

3.4 Respect Intellectual Property

• Do not post copyrighted or third-party content without permission.

3.5 Prohibited Behavior

• Posting items/services from the Prohibited Items Policy is forbidden.

• No discrimination, hate speech, or platform manipulation.
